It also reads that account's signers and thresholds from Horizon and checks the signatures on every anchoring transaction. It trusts nothing the QWATT team says; the only inputs are the published files and the public ledger.

Un feed de evidencia publicado y la cuenta que lo ancla. Lo que escribes aquí (URLs y claves públicas) solo sirve para leer datos públicos desde tu navegador. The page reads ?feed= and ?account= (and, when given, ?proposer=, ?verifier= and ?third=) from its address, so a link carries the exact check. What you type here (URLs and public keys) is only used to read public data from your browser. When you reconcile, the page writes it into its address: it stays in your browser history and, like any address, reaches qwatt.org when the page is loaded or reloaded with it, for example when a link is opened.
